Ilya Spade

Ilya is a quiet and stoic mercenary who travels from town to town in search of jobs, hoping to combat the ongoing corruption. He has exceptional knowledge of fighting, traveling, and surviving in harsh environments. He keeps his distance from others most of the time and prefers to observe rather than engage with them socially. Beneath his calm and quiet exterior, he often has more turbulent thoughts brewing deep inside.

Unusually, he has no mana. This means he cannot use magic, which is unheard of for any living being. However, he compensates for his inability by specializing in physical combat, a skill he has devoted his life to mastering.

Supposedly, he was once prophesied to defeat the Demon Empress. But when he set out on his quest, he disappeared for many years and was presumed dead. Since then he has returned, but he never speaks of that time.
